Brilliant sparkly glitter - used to cover cherries to decorate a birthday cake and worked very well, better than expected! Although I am not sure how edible the glitter is (arrived with a note stating for decoration only on the packaging).

I am very disappointed with this only because the use by date was very short I only had 3 months before it was up, the product itself was ok won't buy again from amazon due to use by date
