These were purchase on a friends recomendation, they are easy to take with no after taste they are goood quality and value for money compared to other appetite suppressaant and have errectiveness

This product lowers your blood sugar. Even drinking MORE than the recommended amount, these tablets gave me terrible headaches due to low blood sugar. Appetite remained the same. The headaches are really not worth it. Don’t waste your money on them.

Not a game changer
Honestly didn’t see much difference in my appetite! I took for a few weeks and let’s just say I’m still on a diet and still having food cravings so ! Not really recommending but I don’t have much willpower either!
