These Ultra Omega 3-6-9 softgels by Micro Ingredients are just what I needed. Little-to-no taste or smell. I have not experienced any burping or heartburn so easily digested. The package is a good quality that will keep out light and keep the softgels fresh and ziplock smoothly seals. A serving is three bottles so it will last me a few months or at least six weeks for my husband and me. So I would say the price is very affordable. The size of each softgel is large but they are easily swallowed separately and I can take 2-3 at once. The addition of borage oil and flaxseed oils is a nice bonus not seen in other Omega supplements. The formulation is more concentrated on the Omega 3 which is good for me since I have a hard time getting enough fatty fish. It also offers Omega 6 (plant oils and nuts) and Omega 9 (produced in body or sourced from olive oil, avocados and nuts). So it is the perfect supplement for those that have a hard time consuming some of those sources. These Micro Ingredients Ultra Omega 3-6-9 3600mg Softgels will be on my subscription orders from here on.

They are a good option if you are looking for a complete supplement of essential fatty acids and you value that it is easy to take. The lemon flavor and the absence of the typical "fish burp" make the experience much more pleasant
