This is basically a figure 8 shaped harness that has velcro straps which allow you to tighten it until it holds your shoulders back. It does what it should. I would not call it particularly stylish or comfortable, but that isn't its purpose. It is comfortable enough that you can wear it for an extended period of time, and if tightened properly, it will hold your shoulders back enough to prevent slouching or to remind you to hold them back yourself. Good price, simple, and functional. 'Nuff said.
