I swear by Humantra electrolytes. I take one everyday to help with brain fog, energy, hydration etc. I’m also currently breastfeeding and find this helps keep me hydrated for my little one. They mix really well with water, and taste great. Not overpowering on the salty taste like a lot of others / my favourite flavours are lime and the black cherry. They are pricey, but worth it in my opinion. No nasties in these like a lot of others.

4 stars just because of the price of this as it is very high, but I thought I’d try out anyway. Went with the lychee flavour as found in the reviews that was the best best tasting in opinions. It does taste nice, takes abit of a stir to get it all mixed up, there’s no fizz to it at all like other hydration tabs. It does its job, doesn’t give you energy or anything like that. I took it on mornings as my first drink of the day then post workout. Would I buy again, maybe if it was on offer otherwise I’d just stick with Phizz or SIS hydration tablets, as they are much cheaper and not far off the same levels of ingredients.

Humantra electrolytes are very good value for money - the cherry flavour especially tastes incredible but without any junk in it. Not too salty or too sweet, and all the essential minerals and electrolytes to keep hydrated. Dissolves super quickly without effervescing which is good for on-the-go use. Good range of flavours as well - we’ve started to regularly subscribe because we love it so much! Works well when going to the gym or excersising or just general hydration. Feel more energy and a difference in my skin.

Love these, really feel they’ve made a difference to me in terms of hydration and the apricot flavour is my favourite it’s really drinkable! I can see a difference in my energy level when I drink them regularly vs when I don’t, so I do think for me they have been very effective. I like that they are single sachets it makes them really easy to use and they dissolve easily in water with a quick mix up or shake. Highly recommend trying and suggest giving it a month or two to evaluate the differences in how you feel in general as I noticed over time a general increase in how I felt!

This product actually tastes really nice but that’s also part of the problem when you read the back of the packet it says serving size is two sachets. You can tell when drinking this that it’s not very salty like other electrolyte sachets, which is basically a sign that there’s not enough ingredients in here and so you actually have two. I’m currently fasting and noticed when I switched to this electrolytes satchet over another it not only tasted weaker but I was still feeling very thirsty where previously one sachet with another brand was enough. That being said it is a nice product, but the double sachet is really misleading, this would actually be fine if the product was much cheaper but when it consider this is not only more expensive than alternatives it’s really double the price it makes it like drinking liquid gold.

Wow!!! I’ve just had my first sachet and just ordered another box😱. I can’t believe how good these sachets are. I immediately feel hydrated, the fogginess has lifted and the food noise is being silenced. The flavour is incredibly refreshing too. Would most definitely recommend!

Guys literally my favourite electrolytes. I have tried so many but always become nauseous due to the salt and taste however, these are literally perfect. There is literally no salty taste just tastes like a nice kids drink I would buy. Has saved me and provides me enough energy for the day and tastes sweet enough yet has no sugar. Literally couldn't recommend it more. They are also such a good price compared to others. Literally my dream product. Never stop selling these.
