Do one more squat!
I learned about squat wedge block after an assessment showed I need heel support. It makes a big difference in stability. The one at the gym is smaller. I like this one because it shows various positions, it’s perfectly elevated, and comfortable for home use. Squats are smooth and controlled.

Versatile piece of equipment
I got this product to try out instead of buying a one piece slant board. I like this because it offers versatility in that you can spread out the individual blocks to accommodate how far apart you want to set your feet. They are light and easy to carry in your gym bag. The three pieces it comes with allows you to change different slant angles, which is a plus also. Being that they are hard density foam, they do tend to be a tad slippery when using it with bare feet. With shoes or socks, it’s no problem. One can remedy this by adding some skateboard tape for some extra traction. If you’re wondering about how much weight it can take, I weigh 215 lbs and the high density foam does not feel like they are sinking in. If you’re new to the slant board game, I highly recommend this piece of equipment. It’s affordable compared to a one piece slant board and it’s very sturdy and light weight. As mentioned above, the only negative I have is the slight slipperiness of it when used with bare feet but that can be fixed with some skateboard tape or just put your shoes on.

Good but uneven if using barefoot
Those feel solid for bodyweight and light weight squats but since they are foam I would be very cautious before loading up a heavy barbell squat and potentially deforming them. My only other complaint is the groove in the middle creates a notably uneven surface if you are barefoot or in socks. Besides that I like that they can be used a two heights, are a true ramp so you have the option of keeping the balls of your feel on the ground and just elevating the heels, and are lightweight and easy to store. All in all great product for a home gym and light use.

Very helpful to stretch calves
I didn't expect these to be such powerful little blocks. I can really feel the stretch up my calves. Doing this on a regular basis helps with foot pain. Super light and easy to carry anywhere you want. I can do it barefoot or with socks, and I don't have a problem sliding off because of the rough texture.

Really helps stretch the calves
I need to stretch my calves between runs. This is an inexpensive solution. I like that there’s several angles that you can add together. Lightweight and easy to use.

Upgrade your lifting with this accessory
This was my first wedge, and I've since gotten another slant board with bigger angles, but this is super wide and allows not just squat wedgie blocks but knees over toes exercises (single leg lunge) and other stretches. I dont know why it took me 25 years of lifting to find these helper accessories but im glad i did. The foam is durable and doesn't compress even with weight.

Cheap but you can make it work
My bare foot slips off the steepest incline so you have to wear rubber soled shoes for it to work at all. Even then it’s not solid.

Légers et robustes
Un peu inconfortable si pieds nus , je dois mettre mon tapis d’exercice par dessus

Good for Squats and Poliquin Step-Ups -- Heels High, Toes Low
I use these for ATG split squats, 2-leg squats, and Poliquin step-ups, all with heels high, toes low. Wearing shoes, I don't slip on them. Two 8.5° blocks and one 17° block allows for single leg (8.5° or 17°) and two leg (8.5° or 17°) exercises. Regular squats and a leg press machine aggravate my Patellar tendon but squats on these doesn't. They are light and slide around the floor but don't once I'm standing on them. I like being able to adjust how wide apart they are (using a Yoga block) which wouldn't be possible with a wooden slant board. I would buy them again.

Came as advertised
make sure to use on a non slip floor. Better to use either bare foot or with shoes. Socks tend to slip a little. Sturdy (I'm 220lbs and easily holds my weight with added weight)
