Trader Joe's California Golden Raisins, Plump & Tangy /16 Oz., 454g.

I remember the old Sun Maid in the small red boxes when I was in grade school . Well these raisins are great . Reason for waiting 50 years to start eatin raisins again: relative told me that her husband let’s them ferment in gin and then eats a handful a day to deal with his joint pain and inflexibility.

Packaging was great, raising fresh, clean, tasty and looks good.In current situation of COVID19 prime delivery sometimes takes more than 2 days, so if the is Trader Joe not far from you it will be easier to come to the store and just buy it by yourself.

These California Golden Raisins are indeed tangy - my husband uses them for his oatmeal in the morning and he loves them. They plump up really well when cooked in the oatmeal and give the breakfast cereal a nice sweet touch.

Great tastingVery fresh.The resealable closer did not work very well… I had to put them in a different container to keep them fresh.

I like this product because the raisen are fresh and plum and I use it for cooking.

Middle Eastern German, and British foods demand such raisins, but the boxed kind found on shelves in the market are simply not as succulent. I keep these in a ziplock bag for making bread pudding, rice pudding, muffins, and apple/raisin pie. Sometimes a few as an afternoon snack really hit the spot.

Very tasty and juicy. Love them and can't have enough.
