Providing you have bright artificial light for it, it should survive. The color may not be as vivid.

Can this plant be shipped in winter when temperatures get below freezing?

My ivy did come in a pot with soil, and big enough that I split it into two 4" pots. It's growing very well, indoors, with only indirect light.
