Can we do interlock on this machine ?

No.. You can button hole, zigzag and embroidery but not interlock. This machine uses only one thread. Interlock needs 5 threads

Can i Sewing jeans fabric..??

Yes you can run jean fabric and accordingly you will have to put needle that is change the needle as per the fabric
