The Winco TGBZ-12 is a 12 quart commercial-grade try-ply brazier pan designed to be the workhorse in any kitchen. The wide and flat bottom evenly distributes heat while maximizing surface area ideal for browning meat and vegetables. This brazing pan is commercial-grade and is designed to withstand daily use in a commercial foodservice environment ideal for busy restaurant kitchens. The handles feature a wide loop opening roomy enough to be used with hot pan pads. Each handle is riveted to the pan body for long lasting durability. Mirror finish exterior; satin finish interior. Lid included. For use on natural gas, electric and induction cooktops. NSF listed. Diameter is 13.5”.

It’s beautifully made and heavy duty but will still fit in the dishwasher. Twice the Quality of the Win-co version I first tried.

Good heavy weight for braising. Mirror finish is nice. I almost canceled this order because Amazon shows this as not oven-proof. That is wrong, it is certified oven-proof by the manufacturer as stated in the included user guide and on the manufacture's website.
