I enjoy this olive oil so much. Can’t eat my salads without it. Love the flavor.

I received a mini size as a gift from a friend and loved it so much that I bought a larger size to use for my salad every day! It’s somewhat pricey, but I don’t think I can substitute it with any other olive oil.

I just love the bright fresh taste this particular olive oil provides some of my dishes. Sautéing spinach or asparagus, adding it to pastas, slathering it on fish or seafood before cooking or grilling, it just adds another dimension of flavor and takes the dish to another level. Can't ever go wrong with lemons and when it's in olive oil...well, anyone who loves to cook as I do, can't go wrong adding this to your pantry.

This Olive oil has decidedly THE MOST BEAUTIFUL lemon punch I’ve ever tasted in an infused oil! It starts with a subtle lemon aroma, a velvety, light mouth feel and finishes with a delicate, but noticeable lemon zing. I use a small drizzle of it mixed with another light French olive oil to roast asparagus, green beans, salmon, etc. I’ve also mixed it with an aged white balsamic vinegar to toss strawberries with, spinach salad, blueberries for a cheesecake topping, etc. This is a fantastic finishing oil and a tiny bit goes a long way! Absolutely recommend!

This is very good quality olive oil with a very pleasant, distinct basil infusion. Love it on almost everything I use olive oil for-- including a fab egg salad. I am fixated these days on high polyphenol olive oils. I am not sure this one is very high on that scale. So four stars, but highly recommended.

I heard about it from a cookbook for a recipe I was making. And I am so glad I bought the oil. I haved used it straight as a salad dressing with a balsamic for the freshest taking salad ever! I put on pizza and swear by it when I make caprese skewers. It is clean and lite with a basil note that dosen't over power but adds to anything it is used for. Serve it on sliced roasted chicken and asparagus. You will thank me for it!

The Oliviers & Co Basil Infused Olive Oil is a "must have" staple in our home. We never allow ourselves to run out of it. It has a wonderful flavor that we eat on a near daily basis with balsamic vinegar and bread. I also use it as part of a vinaigrette for salads or as a finish on some dishes. My wife and children love and adore the flavor of this olive oil. I highly recommend it to those who enjoy consuming olive oil. Try this one and you will never again use your old olive oil.
