KitchenAid Non-stick Muffin Pan, 12 Cup, Evergreen

The non-stick coating of the pan works well so far, but I'm concerned about the durability. I didn't notice if these scratches were there or not before using the pan, so it's possible they were already there, but I can only assume they came from sliding the pan on and off the oven racks. I don't *plan* to use any metal instruments on the pan, but will admit to occasionally using a butter knife around muffins in other pans in the past, and I'm not sure how well this pan would hold up to that.

This 12 cup muffin pan is great! The non-stick works and everything slides right off, which makes it ridiculously easy to clean even if you don't just shove it in the dishwasher. We've used it a bunch of times and run it through the dishwasher each time and it has not shown any problems. No rust, nothing stuck, just super easy. This pan is our new go-to for muffins and cupcakes!

Even heating throughout the pan. All of my cupcakes finished right on time and were moist inside. The top of the pan where the batter spilled over cleaned up well with some soapy water. I would recommend liners for an easier cleanup. The size of the holes are a bit larger than my muffin liners, but I didn't find it being an issue. I used up exactly one box of mix with this pan.

Exceptional muffin pan! It’s a great size for practical usage - so far I’ve made egg cups, zucchini muffins and hashbrowns in the tray. The non-stick coating works so well, I may end up saving some money on Pam Spray in the long run. Everything comes out of the tray easily and without any particles staying behind. In the oven, the sturdy pan holds up to the heat without warping and bakes evenly, and after using it’s a cinch to clean with very little elbow grease. The price point is affordable for a pan that you’ll keep for many years. I highly recommend elevating your baking with this tray!
