Ibhad high Hopes for this mouth guard. I tried it out in the gym, and it was a terrible experience. It ruined my workout. It provided better ability to breathe, but I was so distracted by it because your saliva constantly drips out of it, and then the lip guard gets saturated with your saliva causing a weird feeling, and also drips. You end up drooling all over the gym because you cant close your mouth onto the mouthguard. Compared to a standard mouthguard, the bite feels really weird, and you have to concentrate on keeping it in your mouth. Even when you clench down it feels un_natural. I'd pass on this, it doesnt really give jaw support. Even for football, if you get hit, this will most likely fly out of your mouth, and even if it didnt, your jaw can still be damaged. 3 stars because it may work for others

I cannot recommend anyone purchase this mouth guard. The first one I bought (for my 11 yr old son who plays football), he loved right away. It fit in his mouth perfectly and he could breath and talk with it in. He liked the lip protector. But the problem was that the mouth guard did not stay connected to the strap. He needs to keep his mouth guard strapped to his helmet, and after 3 practices with this guard, the strap was still connected to his helmet, but the guard had fallen off. I actually blamed this on my son not being careful and keeping watch of his guard when taking his helmet off and on and carrying it. So I bought a second one of these - exactly the same. When this one arrived, I could tell right away that the guard was going to become disconnected from the strap. It's kind of like a button connection, but it was very weak, and the rubber was so stretchy that the hole easily stretched so that the button, or knob, of the strap continued to just pop out from the guard. He lost this one after 2 practices. It's a disappointing product because other than this connection issue with the strap, the guard itself is a good product. It needs to be improved.

My 5 year old loves this mouth gaurd. We got started buying the .99 cent ones at walmart because he kept chewing on them so much it would fall apart. Well I decided to try this one since it was a lot bigger and he could just stick the whole thing in his mouth and chew away. I can honestly say, he does the same thing with this one but not one teeth mark on the mouth gaurd. Highly recommend!!! He thinks he is the coolest kid on the football field. So worth the money, i was worried he would chew this up like the others. But nope, very sturdy and durable.

I did not use this personally, my son did. What he said was that it fit well, but the strap that holds the mouth guard to his helmet came off too easily and was difficult to reattach during a game. More often than not he used the guard without the strap.

My son loves.it but the strap didnt even make it through half of the season

This mouth guard won't stay on the strap. If that's a requirement of your league, don't want your money.

Comfortable but difficult staying attached to my son's helmet, cord being longer may help

Just want my son needed and looks stylish too.
