What are the actual ingredients?

This cream or ointment besides the lanolin ,paraffinum,petroleum and other ingredient contain panthenol (dexpanthenol) which is from vitamin B family, it is great for recovery and protection of most kind of skin problem like chap ,burn,rash,dryness ,baby diaper rash and nappy .I used to buy from Euerop when ever I travel ,it was the firest time I found it here, great product highly recommend it

What's the difference between the nappy ointment and nappy rash cream?

Even though Bepanthen is described as an ointment, it is a white cream substance. And a great product for rashes, minor cuts, just about any skin problem! It cured my grandsons diaper rash.

When is the expiration date?

The expiration date is on the crimped end of the tube. Unless it is several years old, keep using it because it still works. Mine says expired 1/2022 and it still works for me on rashes. I will keep it for at least another year or two, as I have done it before. Bepanthen is a marvelous product.
