Realistic Looking and Great for Comedic Effect
These are hilarious. I hand them out to coworkers so we can use them for comedic effect on Zoom calls. They are very realistic. I gave one to a coworker. She took it home, puffed on it, and her grandmother slapped it out of her mouth because it looked so real.

Perfect prop for our costumes!
These were awesome accesories for a themed murder mystery party we went to. They looked real, and even have colored foiled on the end to make them look lit. One thing to note is these are a bit wide, so I did have an issue with the cigarette not fitting in the cigarette holder. To resolve this issue I just unwrapped some of the paper at the bottom, and added a little glue to secure it. Worked like a charm! These were a huge hit at the party, I would purchase again!

Good Choice for Theatre Productions
I purchased two packages of FAKE PUFF CIGARETTES for a community theatre play; the theatre does not allow smoking on stage, and the actors required to smoke would have in any case been hesitant to work with real cigarettes. The cigarettes are what you might describe as "kings" instead of "100s" in length. They are solidly constructed and can be re-used many times--unless, of course, you plan to literally "grind it out" against a hard surface. They are convincing in terms of length and circumference, and the lower portion mimics the look of a filtered cigarette extremely well. (If you are interested in authenticity, you should be aware that filters like the ones seen here weren't common until the 1960s and later.) The "lit" end of the cigarette sports an ash-like tip with a bit of red tinsel embedded like an ember in the tip. It is surprisingly convincing. What they don't do, of course, is emit smoke. But if you're looking for something that will pass from a slight distance, this works extremely well. GFT, Amazon Reviewer

realistic fire
The bit of red foil at the end catches light in a way that perfectly looks like a real cigarette burning. They are easy to cut to size, and easy to color with a brown marker if you want a "cigarello" look. (I got these for a Clint Eastwood costume, and the end result was perfect.) The tube is just paper, so they will eventually mush as you bite on them, but that said I used one that lasted through two long Halloween parties. I had looked for a more durable plastic prop, but these are good enough as long as you take care not to squish them too badly.

Misleading ad
These are NOT the "puff" cigarettes that create a bit of vapor or dust of you blow into them. These are just fake cigarettes. That do nothing. We bought these for a show, and we were very disappointed to find that these are not the kind we were seeking. If these cigarettes don't function in such a way that it looks like you're smoking, then why is the word "puff" in the product name? And why is there a picture of smoke coming out of the end of the cigarette if nothing comes out of it? False advertising. Here is an ad for another item, also called "puff cigarette" that actually is a puff cigarette: https://www.amazon.com/Loftus-LOF-JW-0129-Puff-Cigarettes/dp/B00135VST8/ref=mp_s_a_1_6?keywords=face+cigarette+with+smoke&qid=1562897506&s=gateway&sprefix=fake+cigarett&sr=8-6

A little disappointing
I bought these specifically to go in one of the 1920's style extendable holders that is supposedly able to be used as a filter, but they would not fit. I don't know whether they are larger than real cigarettes or if the holder is too small, but it was frustrating to have to smush and fold it to stuff it in there and then worry it would fall out. I wasn't just in costume; I was in character and that was jarring. Also, they DO NOT puff smoke. None. Zip. Nada. I had a couple I got in a joke shop as a kid 30 years ago that STILL puff all these years later, but had given them to my daughter, so needed more and I was so sad to find these didn't do that. The only upside is that I got several comments that they did LOOK very realistic. I had gotten a quantity of them because I also bought a cigarette case; it would be nice if some matching fake UN-lit cigarettes came with them (or were sold separately) to fill the case. It was a little weird to pop the case open and they were all already "lit".

They Look Real and Actually Puff "Smoke"
These fake cigarettes were the perfect addition to a costume. They look just like cigarettes. The tip is a shiny orange metallic material covered in "ash" - it catches the light and makes it look like a lit cigarette. Very realistic. This was not in the description, but when you blow a tiny bit through the filter, the cigarette actually puffs "smoke." I puffed smoke out of one fake cigarette all night and it never ran out of smoke. I've never actually smoked, so this was fun and they are great quality.

You have to put baking powder yourself
I would have appreciated it if they had mentioned I need to add baking powder to it myself. As I went to use it for a play and on the day I opened it it was too late and I had to perform without the “smoke” effect. But it looks the way it is supposed to

an fyi the smoke doesn’t actually work you can’t puff smoke on this!
Great quality really looks realistic! (i coloured one of them black, they all come the same so ignore that one!) however they don’t really work with the puffing the smoke. I tried it & didn’t work, that’s not really a big deal for me, (kinda sad about that tho ngl, that would've been cool) but it might be a big deal for other people so just a FYI for that!
