It is a very good product

I’ve been taking this vitamin for two months now and I can tell that it’s working wonders for my sleep. I used to have a light sleep but now I have deep sleep. I can tell that I am also having nicer dreams! I don’t remember most of them when I wake up, but I know they are adventurous and peaceful. I haven’t had any digestive issues so far. It doesn’t have a smell or a taste. I can’t tell any difference in my skin. There’s another important thing to share. I feel more at peace and relaxed than ever before. I will continue using it because the benefits I described are very important to me.

I've used this E for years now. It absorbs well and the health benefits for circulation are documented. I take it every other day for none overload. Caution when taken with blood thinner meds.

It has worked well for some eczema and other skin problems. I was rather surprised at the results. We had tried another brand for awhile. Tried it, and was amazed at the improvement. This is the real deal with the real ingredients. Much more expensive, but in this case, you get what you pay for.

Have purchased a few times. Effective and happy with price point / quantity / quality. Price and amount in container has been stable for last year or so and that cannot be said of other brands.

I've been taking this for a decade. It's the most beneficial supplement ever found but at the same time has ABSOLUTELY no side effects. This is Not tocopherol, or general vitamin E. Tocopherol reduces tocotrienol absorbotion. It's safer than high dose vitamin e. It excels when the body is under stress and sleep deprovation, in that you will notice the difference. It also excels when your whole system is under a high inflammatory state. Both of which I have endured and significantly felt the difference. Under normal circumstances I take 125mg/day. Sleep deprived and/or chronic inflammation 250mg/ twice a day. Take it with fat. A tablespoon of olive or avacado oil, nuts, avacado, egg yolk, or fatty fish.
