This belt works really great. I wear it when working out and the sweat is dripping off.

Let me start off by saying, once you get it on and fastened, don't be in a hurry to get it off.The Velcro is amazing!It grips and doesn't easily let go!Okay, so here's the deal...I bought this for BACK SUPPORT while I work. My body is NOTHING like the super athlete pictured. I've more than "love handles". Mine are big ice cream cake rolls.I get it on by sucking in a tornado of air, holding my breath, and slapping it onto my lower back and fluffy mid-section. After I have the Velcro secure, I exhale and flop back onto the bed like a beached whale.Ordeal over, I then get into my undies, my clothes, my shoes, and pat the sweat off of my face from the intense workout of getting ready for work.The great thing about this belt is that it does what it says and burns the fat.***WARNING***I wear it for support and for the workout on my mid-section so sweat tends to drip down my pants throughout the day. Not noticeable, gross sweat that others can see but I know it's there. Every time I use the Ladies Room, I wipe the sweat around my mid-section.Once I get home and get out of it, I wipe it down with hydrogen peroxide.It's comfortable enough to wear during a 12 HR shift working in a warehouse.It keeps my back straight and my belly is shrinking.No, I haven't measured.

This back support is just what I need. It helps to stablize my lower back while doing gardening, chores, etc. The material is very sturdy and tough, I can see it can last 5 years. The drawback is the size, it maybe be more suitable for a big person, it is wider and longer than my old belt which was worn out.

Good for sport

I had a back injury few months ago。This is good tool to support my back. It's very wide than I had before. It's less smelly than the one I had before. Love it.

It is very thick good quality belt. The adhesive part designs better than the gold's gym one I had before. The gold's gym one always scratch my skin at the edge of the belt this one doesn't. As it is new, it has a strong rubber smell. It gets a little better after some time.

It helps a lot when my husband does some exercise. But it has some strange smell sometimes. Maybe because it is new. I hope it will be better later on. After all, it is great for its price.

Best waist trainer I've purchased. Tight fit, sturdy, non slip. Would purchase again.
