I bought this item for my mum as at 74 she has never plucked her eyebrows as she didn’t see the point when it’s a whole pain for looks experience, so this seemed like a good way of encouraging her to help herself look even more beautiful than she already does by shaping her eyebrows without the discomfort of plucking or the cost of visiting a salon for waxing, etc...She actually was willing to give it a try (with help from me!) and we were surprised at how well it actually does the job. I was nervous that it would cause some kind of pain or discomfort during use but she didn’t wince at all!We were super impressed at the finished results (I won’t provide a photo of that as it’s my mum!) and she is really happy with it and says she will continue to use it.We also appreciate the added element of the inbuilt light which helps somebody see what they’re actually doing when eyesight is not 20/20.The pen itself also looks smart and sleek being 18k gold plated, it looks far more expensive than it actually is.I definitely would recommend to those who want a pain free hair removal experience.

This arrived and never worked..if I removed the head the motor would turn, but as soon as I tried to put the head on it stopped working. Very disappointing and frustrating that I now have to return it

I received my package came with a dead battery not at all happy with it wasn’t what I was expecting very disappointed with it not great value for money

Used once then stopped working, tried changing the battery and still didn’t work.

Waste of money, doesn’t trim anything! Absolutely pathetic gadget. Save you money!

This is a great little device, it did my eyebrows amazing, it's a good size so you can pop it in ur handbag.
