The product is good but many items not provided
The swekers haven't are small n not at all sturdy so they are useless and spatula , tongs nothing provided

Good buy
The media could not be loaded. Gifted this to my 14 year old son on his birthday.Item was package he well. Instructions were easy. Size is good .. it is an absolute value for money. Very good for beginners . Pretty spacious to host a party of 8-10 adults easily .. or even more .. worth the money

Forgot to send me the legs
Forgot to send me the legs of the bbq. No front legs and no back legs. Now it's completely useless. They remembered to send coal and tandoori masala mix. But no legs.

Good but some parts were defective
One of the legs had different dimension than the other 3. Because of that assembling was a huge problem and needed extra tools. Cross bar fitting was also a huge pain in the rear because of that. Lid closes a little more on one side than the other and warming rack was missing . Overall quality is good
