Imagine buying a brand-new product and not even getting it to function once!I immediately contacted Amazon Customer Care, expecting a quick resolution. But instead of taking accountability, I was casually told to get in touch with Canon’s service center. Excuse me? I didn’t pay for a “Do It Yourself” repair project. I bought a brand-new printer that was delivered to my doorstep, and I rightfully expect support to that doorstep – not a runaround.Why should I carry a defective product to a service center when it hasn’t worked from the start? This is not a usage issue – it’s a dead-on-arrival product, and Amazon’s job is not over just after delivery. Your responsibility is to ensure that the product is usable, not just boxed and shipped.Totally disappointed with this careless and dismissive approach. This experience has made me rethink buying electronics from Amazon altogether.

I am not very very happy with the printer as the printout is not very clear. Characters are faded here and there. It can be of the age of the ink included in it and It might become okay after printing a few pages. Happy with the size, shipping, price etc. Scanner is working uneventfully. Installation is easy as ususal.

I bought this compact inkjet printer for home use, mainly for printing documents and occasional photos for my family. As I mentioned, this printer doesn’t come with a home service correction service, which makes sense given its low value (it’s priced under ₹5000 as an entry-level model). This means if there’s an issue, you’ll need to take it to a service center, which could be inconvenient for regular users. More concerning is the cost of color printing—each color paper costs ₹10, as I noted, which adds up quickly. I printed around 35 pages (a mix of text and color images), and the ink levels dropped significantly, indicating high running costs. The ink cartridges seem small, and replacements might get expensive over time.Pros: Easy setup, vibrant color output, compact design, good for black-and-white printing.Cons: No home service support, color printing costs ₹10/paper, ink depletes quickly.Recommendation: Suitable for light home use, especially for black-and-white documents or occasional photos, but the high cost of color printing makes it less practical for frequent use. My humble opinion about this product after 10 days usage .they mentioned u took printout approximately 1000 pages in a4 size .But it was false statement they sent two small cartridges with this printer one is colour and other one is black I took only 20 colour print outs and 5 photo printouts .cartridge becomes empty so I tried manual ink filling process but it went to vain. My empty cartridges damaged .so no other go I ordered another two cartridges total rs 1600 .I am disappointed and confused because I bought printer for 4500 but I bought cartridges for rs 1600 so this product was huge loss to me .if any one wants to buy printer choose inktank or laser...also I forget to mention after sales service of this product is worst that customer care number is chargeable ..they fooling customers..

I am using this printer from 1 month. Now it also working, there is no issue in printer. In first time it only print 15-20 pages but after refill, it print above than 100 pages. I am very happy from this printer. It give good quality at cheap rate.
