Can these be used in walking (hiking) boots?

I don’t have hiking shoes. So, I don’t know. I use them for past 3 years… great with Sketchers casual shoes. With gym shoes not so much. This insole is quite thick. Can take a lot of space if the shoe is low ankled etc… Anyway, fully recommend and it helped me a lot with my plantar fasciitis

Are these supposed to feel as though you have a golfball under your insole? Thanks.

Helps the heal and arch mend to stop the pain, will cause a little uncomftable to start with until fofft mould into them. My man has had Plantar insoles for a while now and he no longer complains of the heal pain. The last time he had plantar he could not walk with out pain for a year as that is how long it took to fix. So now, as he plays lots of golf, as soon as he feels it comes on he uses Dr Scholl's insoles.

Can these be used in sandals ?

It's a very tricky question. I guess if the sandals are closed enough I mean the insoles could stay in while you are walking then it could work. I have been using them in closed toes footwear like shoes or boots. Personally my opinion is a no for sandals. You have to find some alternative options for sandals. I can recommend some arch support sandals for wear rather than insoles. Hope it's helpful.

They work… really do!

Wow… had foot pain for a while now and been doing a fair bit of reading on what it could be and insoles were recommended… had these in for a day now and they have made sauce a difference! Very happy with this product!

Instantly Comfortable

Very easy to trim to size with an imprinted size guideline, easily cut to size with good sharp scissors.More or less immediate relief, changing the way I walk almost back to normal. I will try them for a few days and if totally successful order more for different shoes.Slightly on the expensive side but as it’s a well-known manufacturer I didn’t want to take a chance with a name I’d never heard of.

Best for plantar fasciitis

I have tried several makes, including the Scholl black & purple plantar ones. These are by far the best for my feet. The insoles are for my work safety boots and are more forgiving yet supportive enough for my low arches whilst not being over correcting. Good heel cushioning. Please keep stocking these ones.

Useful product but may take some time to provide relief

Easy to fit. Straightforward instructions for fitting. Pain relief isn’t instant. Provides comfort throughout the day but doesn’t help morning heal pain. Combined with daily exercises product maybe more useful.

A significant help.

Early days, but putting a pair of these inside some ankle boots has enabled me to walk the dog. It wasn’t pain free but much better than every other footwear/innersole that I’ve tried so far.
