No warranty and spare parts not available in India
I bought this product. It worked fine and then one of the lines stopped working. I called customer service and then found out there is no warranty on this product. I was ready to pay but the service center said they don't make spare parts in India and they can't fix it. Now I'm stuck with a 15000 Rs phone which doesn't work.

Comes with 120V adapter which can not be used in India.
This one has a 120V adapter which can not be used in India. I contacted the seller and I was advised to plug it into the power supply as is which I do not think is safe. If the adapter blows, there is no chance of replacement or spare as these are not available in India. The seller should clearly describe that the product has 120V adapter instead of giving wrong advice. Ideally this should not be sold unless accompanied with original 110-240V adapter. I am thinking of returning it.

El equipo está nuevo y es bueno y funciona. Lo que NO me gusto es que es un equipo FUERA DE GARANTIA o remanufacturado, tiene la etiqueta y nunca lo informó el vendedor.

I've owned this 2-line cordless phone for only a couple of weeks, but it's already obvious that this DECT 6.0 cordless phone is not up to the quality of Panasonic cordless phones of the late 1990s or early 2000s. This phone clearly has more functions than the earlier phones, and some of them are nice, but for me the three most important elements in a cordless phone are voice clarity, range, and volume. This phone fails miserably in each of these areas in comparison to earlier generation 900 MHz Digital Spread Spectrum and 2.4 GHz Panasonic phones! When I purchased the KX-TG9541B phone it was to replace several earlier Panasonic phones that were still working fine but were just taking up too much space. We have two lines, and to get a second handset for each line I had to connect a second phone to each line. The KX-TG9541B, with extra handsets, replaced four separate Panasonic phones (all different 2.4 GHz models). Each of these older phones had better voice clarity, range, and volume than the new unit. The first thing I noticed with the new phone was that although it's easy to understand callers the clarity of their voices is even poorer than my newer iPhone and definitely poorer than the old Panasonic phones. The next diminished quality I observed was that the range was about 50% of what I'd experienced with my older Panasonic phones. We have an odd architectural characteristic in our house. It has a six-foot-thick solid stone wall with a hallway passing through the wall, that's located at a midpoint across the house. With the older Panasonic phones, we could walk from one end of the house to the other with only minor voice break up. With the new Panasonic phone, I can barely get through the hallway to the other side of the stone wall before the caller's voice starts to breaks up. Although the new phone has adequate volume for quiet conditions I've found when our house is a little noisy even the highest volume setting is inadequate for carrying on a conversation. Will I keep the new phone. Probably, because it does have some nice features, can handle multiple handsets, and takes up far less space than our old phones. Am I pleased? No! I've had to add a range extender at additional expense to even make the KX-TG9541B useful. For now I will keep the older Panasonic cordless phones for auxiliary use because they appear to be of a better quality than Panasonic is now making, and from everything I can read, Panasonic DECT 6.0 phones are probably the best overall of the cordless being manufactured. I can't comment on how well the KX-TG9541B will last, having owned it for only a brief period of time. I do like the raised buttons on the handsets, the handset and base screens with the white background, the large base-unit screen, the ease of phone set up, and the fact that the base and handset controls work similarly to older Panasonic phones.

I received this used phone from Red Carpet. The packaging was great, the phone was in mint condition and has worked flawlessly. The phone is great and has a lot of good features, more than I will likely need or use. I essentially just needed a 2-line phone with both speaker phone and wireless headset support. What's nice is that they also included additional information in setting up the phone to supplement the Quick Guide that came with it, and highlighted specific steps to configure the phone for either 2-line use or just a single line. I thought this was a helpful for those who may be a bit confused by the guide itself. Thanks Clay!
