I’ve been using this stationary bike at home for a few weeks now, and honestly, it’s been a game-changer for my daily routine. The seat is super comfy, the pedals feel sturdy, and the resistance levels are easy to adjust. I love that I can squeeze in a quick workout while watching TV or listening to music. Setup was simple too. Definitely worth the purchase if you want a low-key way to stay active at home!

This is Great. Very easy to get up and get going. It's pretty easy to fold down. You just pop out the the locks. You can adjust then the handlebars and then just tighten back down those locks and that's easily done. It is a lightweight one. It's easily tucked under my bed. I like to use it to finish getting the rest of my steps in for the day. If I've missed out. It can get pretty good speed on it. I can get a nice jaw going. I don't want to Sprint on it so I haven't tried that but I have jogged. There is a remote that can go with it but I don't use that. I always have the handlebars up and then the buttons are right there so I don't need to have that. But if I were to fold it down it would be convenient to have. There is a place that we can add oil to keep it nice and lubricated to keep the life of it going longer. It is a digital reading. The little backing can hold your phone, or it can hold your TV remote, or as you can see in my picture it can hold a big book too .Overall pretty happy with it.

I’ve had this for a few months now and have used it quite a bit. I really like it and would recommend it for anyone who wants something small and compact, and who doesn’t expect much out of it. It’s very limited in what it can do, obviously, which is not a negative for me since I only wanted it to get a bit of exercise in on days when the weather isn’t so good. The quality is good and it works well. I only gave it 4 stars because I wish it went above a 3.8 speed. For someone like me, it’s kind of an awkward speed where you’re walking quickly but not quite jogging even though you wish you could jog, if that makes sense. I’d still recommend though, because there are days when I can only fit in a quick 15 minutes of getting steps, and this gets the job done and gets my heart rate up. And I love that it doesn’t take up much space. Definitely one of my better exercise buys!

Since working from home, I often go days without leaving the house. This under desk treadmill is compact and not too heavy for me to move. I store it under my bed, and place it under my standing desk and walk on it during zoom meetings. It makes a slight noise when running but hasn't disrupted my meetings so far. The remote control is handy. The walking surface is comfortable to walk on, whether barefoot or wearing socks. I typically fast-walk for about 40 minutes each session, that makes me sweat a bit. I use it almost every day, and the 40 minutes to an hour of exercise feels just right. It's easier to maintain this routine compared to running on a gym treadmill for me. I got the mint green one, it looks refreshing. The overall quality is decent. I spent a 10-month gym membership fee to purchase it, but now I can exercise at home, shower, and relax without leaving the house. It is pleasant and valuable for me.

I used to use the treadmill at the gym. As well as the elliptical and bike and swimming pool. I also ran half marathons a lot. Now that I am almost 70 I prefer to do a little less of that. And this fits the bill. The quality of this bad boy is superior to any of those treadmills that I used at the gym of course you don’t have the number of people using it. It’s just me. It’s very quiet. I use it daily. I’m building up to using it for at least an hour but right now. I am up to 20 minutes daily. it’s very easy to use. It’s very intuitive. I bought two one for my big house and one for my studio. This one is the one I have in my studio and I much prefer it to the one in the big house. It’s very, very quiet. The cost was very, very good and I appreciate that. I appreciate the Insta stop so I feel very safe with that. But boy when it stops with that it stops! The handles are very secure so hold on if it stops abruptly.If you’re considering a treadmill for your house considered this one over others. I wouldn’t call myself an expert, but I’d consider myself knowledgeable since I’ve used many treadmills over the years and this is by far one of the best.

I used an $1,800 treadmill for over ten years. It finally gave up the ghost & I bought this one. I was delighted. It's rather simple, but works really well, even for me at 240 lbs.

It’s compact, easy to store, and gives me a solid workout without taking up much space. While it might not replace a full-sized treadmill for intense runners, it’s excellent for casual walking and light running sessions.

I waited a month to write this review to see how the equipment will hold up and I am not disappointed. Just take it out of the box and plug in. I had to align the belt because it was off centered but the box provided excellent instructions on how to do this. It’s compact, takes up little space, runs smooth and is not loud. I use it to speed walk and light jog and I haven’t had any issues. I love the remote on the wrist because once you press stop it actually slow it down and stop. The machine 3,2,1 countdown is in sync with my Apple Watch 3,2,1 count down to walk. I do recommend oil it before you use it (oil is included). Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.
