Received in damaged package
The product, Watch, looks good even though it came in damaged packaging. Will report it after 5 days or before the return/replace date. Otherwise,Zoop from Tiran is a very good and reliable product.

This Zoop watch really lasts long—a blessing for parents of “naughty kids” who break watch glasses faster than you can say “Oops!” What I love most is the metal protector over the glass — a smart little shield that stops those tiny wrecking balls from smashing the watch face within the first month. It features a handy Velcro lock system, perfect not just for kids but adults too. But honestly, the strap material steals the show — it’s softer and comfier than typical plastic or leather straps that often leave marks on kids’ skin. All in all, among kid-friendly watches available, this Zoop is definitely one of the best buys out there.

Ok so let me tell you something. I bought this in 2015 and it ran out of batteries recently and this is so good. I bought this when I was in class 4. And I am in class 9 now. This is one of the most durable watches. I carry this watch almost everywhere I go. I take this to school and then i take this to the tuition too. And at times i even wash my hands and forget that this thing was on me the whole day. Super water resistance. And this ran out of batteries recently about 3 months ago. This is a super great product if you are looking for a gift for a 9 or 10 year old. Though this costs about 1000 rs, it's completely worth just for the build quality. And another thing to mention is that this has alarm,stopwatch and timer too. It might take some time to master the usage of these features but once you learn it, it's gonna be the best thing. Completely worth 1000 rs. Anist buy for a 3rd or 4th grader

Got charged more than MRP
I recieved the product in a good condition. But to my surprise got to see that MRP was ₹825, where I paid ₹1045 for the watch.
