I am writing a review after a month of buying the product.I had bought this for my mother and she loves the taste of it and the crunches it has, with the flavours of all the seeds. Which I say is good for ladies to eat it .The packaging was good and as I had got two packets it was worth a buy. She is now in her second package and enjoys eating it.

Before consuming you should aware the effects (not confused with side effect or good). After consuming you should aware the Sharp disturbance in your biological cycle.. I feel... Dont consume whole... Don't take overdose... So before proceeding consultant your doctor.

Very tasty, fresh, crisp seed mix. Most important, it is without salt. Will definitely buy again

This is one of the best things that I have tried........it's unsalted which makes it perfect for topping it off on some oats porridge.

Super healthy, super tasty, n the best thing is it has a small pouche of oxygen absorber inside which keeps it fresh..but the amount is very less in respect to price.

Just loved this blend of seeds and the quality is premium too.

Although it is mentioned on raper "Roasted", but I felt it is plain.
