I have several RLT items and this is one of my favorites because of the size. It will cover my lower back to top of my neck easily. It’s lightweight and rolls up easily to be set out of the way when not being used. If I had an extra room to keep it set up I’d get a larger one but this is ideal. I like that it has adjustable power and time up to 90 minutes—most stop at 20-30 minutes. I’ve had it 4 months and used it daily the first 3months, now I use it 3-4 times a week and it seems just as good as when I first bought it. The control is handy enough so it can be adjusted without getting up. So far I do think it has helped with my pain and allows more restful sleep.

I received this product about 5 days ago. I been struggling with neck and back pain. I done everything for the pain except surgery. I purchased this one due to high ratings. I have used it for 4 days mutiple times a day and I feel it working. My back pain is better. I love that it is a mat but can be used as a belt. I thought I could use it without having to keep it plugged, you can't. This is the only negative thing. Do I recommend this product, yes. Pain relief helps, comfort yes, and quality yes.

First unit had about a third of the LEDs quit after a few weeks. Seller sent a replacement and it has worked well for a few weeks now. LOVE red light therapy! Such a game changer for post workout and general aches and pains! There's scientific studies which suggest it can help with arthritis and toenail fungus — I personally believe those studies have some basis truth. I also now rarely use ice for my neck, shoulders, plantar fasciitis, or lower back pain now that I use RLT. I feel like this RLT pad is so helpful! Do your research, RLT is the real deal!

Bought this Red Light Mat in Sept 2025 and used it almost daily. Really enjoyed having it and thought it helped with pain in my legs. However after 3 months, I can no longer get it to turn on. I have tried unplugging all the connectors and re-connecting them. I tried wiggling the cord. The power display shows it is on and diplays the timer and the level, but none of the lights in the mat turn on. I don't see a way to get any support from the company or Amazon so am quite disappointed that I spent $100 and it only lasted 3 months. Would NOT recommend.

I really like it its very relaxing almost puts me to sleep. Helps with muscle aches and stiffness I would buy this again.

Although I really love this RLT matt, after 3 months of use the lights are starting to quit. I have multiple lights that no longer are working. This is very disappointing because I feel this item has made a huge difference for me. My right hip fad been very painful most days, this has helped me reduce that pain and make daily life tolerable.

Nice size and good controller

3 months after purchasing I noticed some of the lights where turned off while turned on and I did not think anything of it till it kept getting worse and I only used this maybe 30 times in 6 months for 20-30 minutes at a time and this is what it looks like now… I really liked it at the beginning when it was working, wonder if this has any warranty from the manufacturer? Any help would be appreciated.
