Does it work? I love that question. Well yes. If you use it. I found a YouTube video for the original ab roller that is over 11 minutes. It looks like an eighties video where the ab roller is black and purple and will show you how to use the ab roller for a great workout. This gadget helps to hold you in the proper position so that when you do a crunch it won't hurt your neck and you work your abs instead of straining other muscles. I love it. Works great. Good quality. I'm totally satisfied with this product.

I have been lifting my entire life. Used to use one of these at a commercial gym. Never had the money to buy one.I bought the new ab roller but wasn't that impressed with it. This product is exactly as I recall it! Dials in the workout on your abs.All the complaints about durability are simply not true. This equipment is intended to focus the ab workout. It does that very well. The head rest is great. I rarely write reviews but this product deserved it!

This is a well made product. However, The headrest design is horrible. The roller will move up or down as you are using and therefore the headrest jams down onto the top of your spine. This is very uncomfortable. I made a fix by removing the headrest and wrapping a towel around the bar with some duct tape. Designers of this product take heed...an oversized cylindrical foam cushion around the bar that rolls around the bar would fix any and all issues associated with different persons heights and the jamming into neck issue. Please fix for your sake and your customers.

This product was so easy to assemble. I'm not sure why there are some bad reviews regarding the quality of this product... it is by far extremely structurally sound. I had to resell it and get a smaller one.because it was too big for me ( it sold in only 2 days!!! ) I'm 5'-10" ... the overhead bar was way too high to get a full crunch in... unless you have longer arms or are bigger in general. it's not bad ... all in all this is a very good product!!!

I had an ab roller and used it for years. Moved and was not able to take it with me so I ordered another. This particular ab roller is HUGE and very uncomfortable and awkward to use. I really don't like it at all. I am fairly small and thought maybe a guy friend who is a big guy might find it more easy to use. He thought it seemed too big, even for him and thought it was really awkward to use also. I would not buy this product ever again and wish I would have sent it back within the time allowed for returns.

Love the ab roller. I bought it for my husband in hopes he would start working on his abs. I work my abs quite frequently nut this little lightweight device gives you a good workout and supports the neck doing crunches. When I received it it had a rip on the headrest. I put that in the review and the company read it. Wow! they emailed me asap and sent me another headrest! Now that's good customer sevice! Thanks RitFit!

Arrived quickly. Very easy to assemble. Easy to use. I read reviews of other similar products but they didn't have the great reviews as this one did. I paid the extra for this product because of the reviews and I'm glad I did. You can find less expensive ab rollers but if they aren't any good what good is it going to do you?

You can clearly see the instructions (circled) tell you to insert the 'long end' of the two curved pieces into the headrest section. In the picture it shows that you have to insert the 'short end' into the headrest section.So you put it together and then have to take it apart and put it together again. This is really no big deal except being frustrating but the screws are such poor quality they strip out after the first use so on the second attempt only about half of them tighten. Now it is a trip to the hardware store for new screws.It would have been a lot easier if you would have done the proper job in writing the directions.
