Yes, there is no animal byproduct. My husband is a vegetarian and that's why I bought these so I could have the smoked flavor without the meat.

Q: Do you have to put it in the refrigirator after opening? Guess not since it's just water but who knows.. Can it sustain +90F temperatures?

I don't use this brand because it's awful. I use Wrights and keep it in the kitchen cabinet. I don't think 90 degrees would affect it but if you are worried, put it in the fridge. I've never had any problem with any liquid smoke kept in a cabinet. Read the reviews about this stuff before buying please - it just doesn't impart a real smoke flavor.
