AM200-130 Viztrac Sewer Camera Push Cable Video System with Sonde

I own a plumbing, heating, and Cooling company. I have purchased high dollar camers for my business, and this one tops all of them. I am used to spending $5,700 and more for camers. This one does a better job than any of the other ones I own. The customer service is OUTSTANDING! When I first got my camera, there was an issue with the camera head. I called customer service (Tennessee AMERICANS that you can understand) and they emailed me a ups label. I shipped it to them (no charge to me), Within three days, they resolved the problem and sent it back to me. I have had this camera for four months now, no more issues, and it works great! Best camera I have ever had! I use it for sewer lines. I am thinking of purchasing another one for an inspection camera (non sewer use).

Broke after about 10 uses in the field

Top notch sewer camera!!! However I did read a pieced together review bragging on Ridgids camea here on Amazon. And I'd just like to say although they have great camera's, they don't have the value of this one. The picture is just as good if not better then Ridgids. If anything this camera is under priced. Thankful I took the leap of faith in buying this, couldn't be happier! Congrats to the nanufacturing company because they definantly got this one right! Buy this one, wont regret it! First, I'm a professional plumber. Been in the industry 15+ years.The item was Shipped and arrived as promised. Questions I asked were answered quickly.As for the camera? Awesome!!! Very we'll built. Clear picture, and the push rod is better than the high end cameras I've worked with over the years. My co-workers were so impressed, one has already bought one and a few others are saving up for it.Thanks you so much! This equipment is beyond amazing.Side note: used it for the first time today to inspect a 2" kitchen line from a wall clean out. I was actually able to push it out the full 130' into the main with ease. My co-workers 8,000 dollar camera wasn't able to do that!

Compared to like items, cannot beat for the price.

This camera had the worst picture I’ve ever seen, and I’m baffled by the many good reviews people have given this thing talking about how great the pic is on this camera, I can’t help it has something to do with the fact I have the first one with a self leveling head which I’ve sent back twice after the first use cause water got in the lens right away, and amazingmachinery told me they have had lots of complaints but only on the self leveling head one

Really good camera. Great price. Easy to make money back and actually see a return. I’ve had mine for a year and a half have had an issue both locator and wire on head, but the same thing happens with the $9000 ones. I mean these things are ran in the worst conditions. I’d like to think differently but I’m sure my guys are rough on it too. Going down vents, trying to force past tees etc.. So being used 2-3 times a week for roughly 80 weeks with just a couple of small I think it’s doing it’s job great. I mean you can get three for the price of one “name brand” one. I have sold dozens of sewer replacements with the help of this camera. I’m looking at buying another one. I was considering the “name brand” this time for $9000 200ft reel, Bluetooth the works, but the end game for me is selling sewer replacements or locating problem areas in the line which this camera will do just as good as any other. So I’m fixing to call amazing machinery now and order my 2nd one. So this review was basically a way for me to talk myself into a good decision and steer clear of a irresponsible one
