My spouse asked me to find a dance floor for a house party we were throwing. I looked at renting but after looking at rental prices, I figured that for the price of renting a nice dance floor for a few times, we could just buy this one instead. This floor is amazing and it didn't disappoint. It has dozens of mesmerizing lightning patterns, and the music/sounds light mode work very well in perfect sync with the music. Obviously, it needs a bit of darkness because daylight is too bright for you to even see the lights, but they work well on moderate darkness, and really looks amazing on darker settings. After some debate, I got the tiles with the frosted glass instead of the non-mirror, non-3D tiles, and I'm glad I did because the colors really look vibrant on them. We got the smallest one (8.2'2x8.2'), and while it's not a large dancing area, it's large enough for a moderate house party, and it happens to fit perfectly underneath my gazebo. The floor is built like a tank. The tiles are quite heavy, and I wouldn't be surprised if there is a metal skeleton underneath the polymer finish. I'm pretty sure that it has to because of the loads that those tiles need to support. It feels professional quality, the sort of floor you'd order for big professional events, and just keep using it forever. After the party (on which the floor was heavily used), I just wiped off whatever shoe-sole scuff marks were on it from the dancing, and returned it to its crates, looking good as new. There are two minor issues that I ran into, though: One, there are no instructions, but it's not hard to figure out how to install it because everything only sort of meshes together only a certain way. Adding a small couple-of-pages with diagrams would be very useful, though. The floor is well-packaged and comes in high-quality storage crates on casters, and the smaller components are well-packaged, too, so I don't see why they can't just throw in a small pamphlet in there as well. Second, my controller had some issues and wouldn't run some modes correctly. The floor was still usable, but I couldn't use it to it's full potential. When I requested support, it was quick and efficient. After some troubleshooting, I had a new controller shipped promptly, and it now works flawlessly. I've included a short video of one of the patterns before I took it apart for storage.

10/15/25: They sent me a full case that isn’t compatible with their product. Only 16/26 floor tiles change colors. 10/17/25 Update: the seller responds quickly and is sending me a new case that is compatible with their product. I’m glad they resolved this issue because their dance floor tiles are very good quality. The light up dance floor is how their product looks on.
