Book was good, very helpful for hotel management students but u didn't make proper packing for book just blidly u put it in amazon packing cover and it makes little bit damage for book so pls improve packing

Book quality is very good but so many pages are missing out which was important pls can amazon do something about it ....brought this book for reading and the main parts are only missing out means how to read
