Easy to setup and use. Works as promised. Usb placement could be better on a side so it could be fixed closer to wall. Plastic finish could be better.

Very good camera. You can access from anywhere. Good support system.- this is After one year of using it. Had issues multiple times, fixed by tge support team within one year. Now warranty is over and faced issue again. They have suggested to srap thus camera & buy a new one as they can't help post warranty period, even afyer I am ready to pay the repair charges.You can buy this considering the life is 1 year. Now I have ordered a different brand canera. Lets see their suppprt model also.

Good product, easy to setup and get started.The provided charger and cable are quite long.Do note that it needs to be screwed, so you can either make drill holes yourself or call a technician.I have placed it on the wall with 3M double side tapes which hold it well. The camera view and clarity are very good. Overall happy with the purchase.

Good product worth the money. Using it for home use. Easy install less than 5 minutes. Wide range angle camera gives full view of the room. Stream live videos in good quality. I can even hear what's going on the other end.

Software is very poor.. doesn't have fast play back, and the motion sensor is not accurate, some of the alerts it sends doesn't have any activity and some activities are actually missed. There is no way to increase or decrease the sensitivity levels. For taking the video content onto your mobile, one needs to playback the video from history and record it completely which is a ridiculous feature in this era where advanced software capabilities can be easily obtained. Cannot connect and monitor from a PC, one needs to keep looking at the mobile device to monitor.Most important problem I see with this device : It doesn't have cloud storage, which means if the thief steals the camera or sdcard, everything is gone and there is no way to find out who did it.My Advise :for customers who are looking for just for 1 camera and would like to continuously sit and monitor, then this is ok. For multiple cameras and good playback functionality, i would recommend to go for some other DVR and Cameras which would almost cost the same.

Supplier should add in the product information given on the Amazon site that this product does not support 5G wifi network. It is mentioned in the leaflet that comes along with the product. I had to install old 2.4GHz router in addition to the 5GHz Apple routers to make the camera work. Also, there should be only one common APP to cover all the cameras supplied by D3D which is not the case here if one buys different models form the same same Company -D3D. Image not clear enough. Instead of fish-eye, a good wide angle lens will perform better.
