Good Product, works well.
So far, so good. Easy instructions to mold before first use. Mouth is slightly sore in morning when but imagine it will take time to adjust. Most importantly, I can notice a difference in the quality of my sleep. As a long time snorer, I can always tell when I didn't sleep well the next morning or had a night full of snoring as I can feel it in my eyes--that feeling seems to have dissipated. It's nice to feel refreshed waking up. I don't think I've felt that in years. If anything changes over time in terms of effectiveness, I will write back, but for now, pleased with this purchase. Wish I would have purchased sooner.

This product is garbage
This product is garbage. I used it twice. It didn't work. I fit it to my mouth and it never actually fit properly. It broke the second time I used it and it never actually worked the first time either don't buy this product!

Works great for me
Easy boil, bite, set, adjust , use. Reduced snoring. Does exactly what it's supposed to do.

It works! But you have to be careful
For what it's worth, I wouldn't consider myself a heavy snore'r. But I do grind my teeth, so I'm pretty used to sleeping with a mouth guard.This does stop my snoring! But after 4 days of use, it doesn't fit snuggly against my teeth anymore. I'm pretty sure that's due to my grinding. So, if you're like me, and grind your teeth... This might not be the best option for you.

Not for me
Might work for some but kept falling out of my mouth no matter the impressions. I would save my money and not order. I tried modeling several times (as allotted) and followed guidelines and still did not work for me. Hopefully does for some

Not worth the money
Not made well I worry it will break. It’s very bulky and keeps mouth open wide bc it is so thick. No comfortable as the plastic has sharp edges.

Allows me to sleep, amazingly :)
I almost NEVER leave reviews and I shop on Amazon a lot. This thing is amazing, I have lots of difficulties breathing through my nose at night. Before using this device a few years ago, I would have to guzzle decongestants or nose sprays that aren't supposed to be used daily. I just bought a few more backups, just in case. These things are absolutely amazing and I wish I knew about them years prior.
