This company actually cares about the quality of their product and most importantly they care about what shape it arrives in when you receive it. It came in a heavy duty cardboard box. The product was bubble wrapped and then placed in a plastic sleeve. Then they used styrofoam AND a softer padding for further protection. But wait!!! There’s more!! They placed hard plastic corner pieces at each corner for FURTHER protection. Then they give you gloves so you don’t cut yourself when assembling the cover. Who does THAT?? It’s absolutely beautiful. I had a little trouble with their assembly instructions. It appeared to me that the “corner angle” pieces provided were not for my model??? But they encourage you to call if you have questions and they have videos too. I also had to think outside the box (no pun intended) to fasten the top piece to the sides in the back where the open side is. My fix worked just fine. Good product and all my neighbors love it.

My husband and I are elderly and not very crafty. This was so easy to assemble and between my husband and I, we were able to move it to the exact location we needed it to be. Finally, we hammered some stakes down around it and it is so stable and it looks amazing! So happy that we spent the money to purchase an AirDeko instead of a cheaper version. This was perfect for us!!
