Very easy to make cakes with this
Easy to use from the packet. I mix it with melted chocolate, eggs, butter and sugar to make a delicious type of chocolate chestnut brownie cake.

Expensive
Product itself is fine. I thought this was going to be tricky to find in shops (never used it before) so panic bought not realising most supermarkets would be stocking it nearer Xmas. Lesson learned!

Just a watery slime
It's not gourmet at all just a watery slime. 40% water and tastes like water as well. Waste of money.

Tasty goop
I didn't know what sweet chestnut puree was like, but needed it for a recipe. It's kind of like a delicious, mushy, sugar potato thing. It made my cake taste awesome.10 out of 10 would recommend.
