Super Lube Oil is formulated to work in bearings, chains, and engine applications. Main ingredient of PTFE Is rated as food grade and ISO grade 100. Can be used under the following temperature ranges: -40 F minimum operating temperature to +500 F maximum operating temperature. In addition to the other properties, this product also has corrosion-resistant, moisture-resistant properties and meets the following standards: NSF H1.

A: Yes, if they aren’t sealed bearings. Like all lubricants don’t over lube. Two drops on each bearing is more than enough. Dust and dirt loves oil to stick to.

A: generally lithium grease is recommended for linear bearings.

**Q: Would I be able to use this on my mountain bike**
A: Absolutely
