NIAGARA MIST Wine Kit – Raspberry– Makes wine in 4 weeks

I gave this kit 3 stars because it was easy to follow and included simple instructions. The wine it produced right out of the car boy is solidly not the worst thing ever, but not too great either, I am going to have to set a bunch aside and see how it does after aging for a few months. Tastes similar to a 3-4$ grocery store bottle. Nothing that I would serve to guests, its much too sweet for my tastes doesn't taste like there are any tannins in it at all and has only one real flavor. Rather much like alcoholic kool-aid.
