I’ve been using the TMVAP side sleeper pillow for a couple of weeks now, and it’s made a noticeable difference in how I sleep. The arm tunnel design is genuinely helpful—it allows me to rest comfortably on my side without waking up with a numb arm or shoulder pain. The memory foam feels firm yet supportive, cradling my head and neck in a way that keeps my spine aligned. I also appreciate the cooling cover, which is soft, breathable, and hasn’t made me overheat at night.That said, there was a strong chemical smell when I first opened the package, and it took a few days to fully air out. The pillow is also a bit high, which might not be ideal for someone with a smaller frame or who frequently changes sleeping positions. But overall, this pillow is a game changer for side sleepers looking for better support and pressure relief. I’m sleeping more soundly and waking up with fewer aches, which makes it worth the investment.

This is a good pillow for people who sleep with their arms above their head. However, it needs more work. Like the foam broke near the front support (exchanged now) within a week. Additionally it would be nice if they could put 1/2 inch removable layers on top as it's a tad too high.

I really like this pillow, it's cool, comfy and the arches are great for side sleeping. It's a big relief for my chronic shoulder pain I have from inevitably sleeping on my arm in the night. Unfortunately, the foam on mine broke at the arch after a couple of weeks so I expect I'll need to replace this pillow sooner than I'd hoped.

The pillow is very functional if you are a side sleeper, which i am. As seen in the picture I can comfortably put my arm thru pillow opening and rest my head comfortably at just the right height. Right size for a medium sized head. The cover of the pillow is smooth and feels comfortable against my skin. It seems well put together. It is not very firm and seems just right for my head rest. Pillow works if you are a right side or left side sleeper. The pillow cover is removable and can be washed. Definitely noticed my sleep quality/score improved based on my smart watch - by 5 points after 2 weeks of nightly usage. Light snoring once in a while as my wife tells me. Also I did not sweat in my face all night and was cool in the morning. She is very happy and I am happy too. Well worth the monies I spent for a happy solution.

My husband loved this pillow until one of the “arms” literally tore off inside the two cases it comes in. I couldn’t believe it! It’s not sturdy at all but as I’m writing this review “Sturdiness” is green and checked! This thing only lasted 6 weeks of normal use. Not even daily use because he travels. Too bad because the concept is a good one. I’ll just have to find something similar but of better quality.

I've been on a quest for my dream pillow for many years, and I can confidently say that I've finally found it!
