This one actually solved both problems.The arm tunnel was the game-changer. I slide my arm through and don’t wake up feeling like it’s been crushed by a boulder. I didn’t realize how much blood flow I was cutting off with regular pillows until I stopped waking up with pins and needles. The memory foam molds to my head and neck but doesn’t do that thing where your head just sinks in and disappears. It’s firm in a supportive way, and I’ve had less shoulder tension since switching.The cover is soft, stretchy, and doesn’t make me hot. I run warm when I sleep, but this actually stays breathable. I’ve already washed it once (I’m not gentle with laundry), and it came out looking brand new.Surprise bonus: it also works when I’m lying on the couch reading or when I just need a little support while watching TV. I could even see it being great for pregnancy support.I almost didn’t get it because I figured it was just another oddly shaped gimmick, but honestly, it’s been the best sleep upgrade I’ve made in ages.

I really like this pillow, it's cool, comfy and the arches are great for side sleeping. It's a big relief for my chronic shoulder pain I have from inevitably sleeping on my arm in the night. Unfortunately, the foam on mine broke at the arch after a couple of weeks so I expect I'll need to replace this pillow sooner than I'd hoped.

This item was great for the first month, but is not so durable. One of the pillars that the arm slips under tore off after 60 days. Disappointing!

The concept is good and at first I thought it was going to work. Arm fits nicely through the hole and the pillow holds up when laying on it. However it did not solve shoulder and arm pain. It could be my bed that is the issue. Also and probably the biggest issue is that the center part of the pillow is very firm and its just not comfortable. I think the pillow could be used for some other novel concept but it didn't solve the reason I bought it which is why I rated it this way.

I have tried all the pillows! All! But this one has shocked me it is Amazing! I am sleeping with no neck pain, coolness on my face (for hot flashes), excellent movability for my shoulders and arms. I am in love! This is my pillow! I can't wait to share this with my loved ones! Thank you for such an amazing thoughtful pillow!
