Came sealed and new. No issues with the drone. Great camera quality and functionality.

Locked down system that shoves crap spy software down your throat.
Flight & Stability: GREAT Camera: FANTASTIC Supporting Software: TERRIBLE, locked down, no api, only fast transfer to phone app with their proprietary crap. Even the USB connection is 30MB/s which takes 5 HOURS to transfer all the storage. Great photography drone, but a huge headache to use otherwise.
