Clean out the pipes!
Tl;dr Yes it work, but use with caution!I had gotten these about a month ago and haven’t needed to take them. They were sitting in the counter and I guess my daughter decided she needed a good cleaning out and took them. She said she took them in the evening in the required dose. I guess she was expecting something to happen sooner because today I get a text from her while she’s at work saying she thought she was going to explode and had to run to the bathroom 🤣 She’s young and doesn’t plan ahead so heed this warning: Make sure you have quick access to the bathroom. I’m not sure about the other ingredients but anything with magnesium oxide will for sure make you go. Mag oxide is not easily absorbed by the body so it drawn in water into you bowels instead which causes you to “clean the pipes” sometimes quite forcefully.

super gentle, not for emergent conditions
This bowel cleanse is good for someone who currently isn't experiencing constipation issues, but wants a holistic reset. This isn't a supplement that will catch you by surprise or land you in severe distress. It is extraordinarily gentle, so use it for a refresh and not an emergency. I didn't experience any stomach cramps or pain while using this, but i really had anticipated something a little stronger to ease my digestive difficulties.

Gentle Gut Reset with Room for Faster Results!
I've been using this Renew Your Life bowel cleanse supplement for a couple of weeks to help with occasional constipation, and it's done a solid job at promoting regularity without any harsh laxative effects. The herbal, magnesium, and fiber blend feels natural and gentle—love that it's gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and vegetarian, making it easy to incorporate into my routine. Starting with two capsules at night as suggested, I noticed improved digestion and less bloating after a few days, and the 150-count bottle provides great value for ongoing use. However, it didn't deliver super quick relief right from the first dose, taking a bit longer to kick in than I hoped, so if you're looking for immediate results, you might need to pair it with dietary tweaks. Overall, a reliable option for natural digestive support that I'll keep on hand!

Great
I've been using the Bowel cleanse for a few weeks now, and overall, I’m very pleased with the results. As someone who occasionally struggles with irregularity and bloating, I was looking for a gentle, non-habit-forming solution—and this product really delivered. One of the biggest positives is the balanced formula. It combines magnesium, which helps relax the muscles in the digestive tract, with a herbal blend that seems to include effective natural laxatives (like cascara sagrada and senna), and fiber, which adds bulk to stool and improves bowel movement consistency. I noticed that within 24 to 48 hours of taking the recommended dosage, I experienced more regular bowel movements without cramping or urgency, which is often a problem with harsher cleanses.I also appreciate that it’s gluten-free and vegetarian, which makes it suitable for a variety of dietary restrictions. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have a strong herbal taste or aftertaste, which is a bonus. That said, it’s important to start with a lower dose if you're new to digestive cleanses. The first time I took the full serving, it felt a bit too strong—mild discomfort and more frequent trips to the bathroom than expected. After adjusting the dose, it worked more gently.Very good value for the money, this is a reliable, well-rounded cleanse for occasional constipation or digestive sluggishness. While not a miracle cure, it’s a solid option if you want something natural and effective without relying on synthetic laxatives.

Contains lead
This product is easy to use, the capsules are small and vegetarian. The ingredients are simple and straightforward, looks like quality product. The laxative type effect comes from the magnesium and fiber in the capsules. There is a P65 warning on the bottle that it contains lead which I am uncomfortable with so I don’t recommend as it as that’s not something I’ve ever seen on any other stool softening product.

Works well (and gently)
I have IBS-C and sometimes need a little help. I don't like the "harsh help" that causes stomach cramps and an entire day in the house, if you know what I mean. These are a very gentle help. I'll take the recommended dose in the evening and again in the morning. It's not an immediate type of help, more similar to a stool softener than a laxative, which is just what I wanted. I'd get these again.

Confusing instructions
The instructions on the product page (currently) say to take two of these at night, but the instructions on the bottle say to take five capsules in the morning. I followed the bottle instructions of five capsules in the morning and drank plenty of water and any results was minimal. It says powerful cleansing on it, but I'd say very gentle. I find senna tea more effective for me, but I like the ingredients in this. That brings me to the second part of confusion. Are you supposed to take it multiple days or not? On the bottle it says "this program is not to be used more than six times a year." What are they referencing when they say "program"? There is no time-frame on the instructions for how long to use it, so what constitutes a program under those instructions? They had a good double seal on them and an expiration date about a year and a half out. They were not hard to swallow.

Mild
The bottle says to take 5 first thing in the morning and 5 again in the evening time if needed. 10 pills a day is a lot but I would be willing to take it if it worked. The first day I took it, I broke it up into two doses (5 each time) and the following morning I had mild results. I tried it again the following day and had zero results. I drank a ton of water on both days but still didn't see great results. I didn't feel any stomach discomfort which was a plus, and i didn't have any negative side effects, it's just too mild for me.
