This is something I've been trying to find for years. It is solid, streamline and does a far better job than anything else for side lighting. The lens on the light makes it visible from many angles, the battery has a long life and it is easy to take in and out of the mount. I've been commuting by bicycle for 20 years and I would recommend this to anyone doing urban community. Brilliant product!!

Not only is this light excellent for cycling at night, i use it to alert drivers when I’m crossing a busy pedestrian crosswalk. I hold it up high so that I am visible from a distance.

I really like the idea of this light, and liked the light itself during the short time that I had it. But unfortunately, a couple days after I got it, it got shaken out of its quick-release mounting bracket during my 2-mile commute to work, and vanished.I'll probably order another one, but not until I can figure out a way to hold it in place more securely than the mounting bracket that comes with it.

I've been wanting a high-visibility, dedicated side light for years, but could only find small or combination lights. This does the job perfectly!

Great idea that definitely does a better job than the head and tail lights with amber sidelights.Two improvements I would like to see:1. Better battery life.2. Last setting recall. As it is now, when I turn it on, it simply reverts to the first setting in the cycle, which is blinking. I prefer riding with a solid light, so I have to hit the button a few times to get my preferred setting. FYI: there are three settings--double blink, constant high, and constant low.

An excellent light that fills a huge gap in your night time cycling visibility toolkit. I was surprised when I first looked for one of these that this was the only one of it's kind (and new to the market), but pleased to find it was a quality product when I bought one.I have not had any battery life issue like one an earlier reviewer, but I typically turn this one on in small chunks of time (when I am riding on roads). And as that same reviewer mentioned, a setting memory would be nice, but with three modes it's not a big deal.I had an early model, which had a on-off/mode button that was tough to press and eventually the rubber button itself fell off and got lost (after having fallen off a few times before). The independent creator/manufacturer of this light kindly sent me a new one when I contacted him about this, and I am glad to report the revamped light has a much better button.This thing is bright and very visible from a distance. I typically use it on steady mode, because the blink mode coupled with the amber color usually makes cars think it's a turn signal.I've not put this one through the wringer yet, but it feels tough, solid and durable.

Does not have a secure attachment. Does not keep bright long after a full charge. Overall diasappointed in product. Not worth the price or wait .
