Great Way to Add Crunch to a Keto Diet
One thing notoriously missing from a ketogenic diet: crunch (OK, toasted nuts, but those aren't that versatile). At 5g net carbs per wafer, depending what other carbs I have during the day, I can have two or even three of these. I can have a couple of open-faced crispbread "sandos" for lunch, or butter one up, add a sliced hard-boiled egg, and have some crunch in my breakfast. I highly recommend buttering the crispbread regardless of what you put on it; butter really enhances the flavor and obliterates the dryness.

If you are looking for a good source of fiber with your crackers, these are a good choice. They are delicious with butter or you may even want butter and cheese.The ingredients include: Whole grain rye flour, rye sourdough, oat flakes, whole grain wheat flour, whole grain oat flour, who grain barley flour, yeast, salt, barley malt extract and sunflower lecithin.Each cracker is 35 calories with 12g whole grains per slice. Sodium clocks in at 65mg per serving and there are no added sugars. Carbohydrates 8g. These are also fat free!You get three packages of crispbread! Enjoy!~The Rebecca Review
