Look into the matter...
पेन की लिखावट अच्छी है, लेकिन इसमें निम्न समस्याएँ पाई गई हैं: पेन के नीचे गिरते ही उसकी इंक लीक होने लगती है, जिससे पेन खराब हो जाता है। कुछ दिनों के उपयोग के बाद कैप खोलते समय पेन का निब वाला भाग भी कैप के साथ बाहर निकल आता है, जिससे पेन का उपयोग करने में असुविधा होती है। उपरोक्त दोनों समस्याएँ पेन की गुणवत्ता में स्पष्ट निर्माण दोष (manufacturing defects) को दर्शाती हैं।
