Weatherproof Flashlights That are Bright with Tail-cap Switches
I appreciate flashlights that have tail cap switches, as that is what I am most comfortable using and it helps prevent lights from accidentally being turned-on. These are basic no-frills lights that are an incredible value. Granted, they don’t have the features or luminosity of lights that are many times more expensive, but you’re getting a lot for your money with these.I picked these up to keep in emergency kit get-home-bags in our truck and car, and I wanted something that did not have a rechargeable battery. This is because I knew these would be used infrequently and when they needed to work, there wouldn’t be time or utility to charge them up if the batteries were dead. They use common AAA batteries that you buy anywhere, and you can store them separately from the light so that they don’t corrode, and if you want rechargeables, you can always use rechargeable AAA batteries. These are good sized flashlights at 5.5-inches long, 1.4-inches wide at the bezel, and 1-inch wide at the base. It can easily be gripped in one hand and can only be turned-on by depressing the tail-cap. Depressing the tail-cap halfway is how you cycle through the different illumination settings. It is very bright on the highest setting. Is it as bright as more expensive lights? No, but for the price you are getting a light that appears to be in the 300-400 lumen range.Pros:- They come with a lanyard, adaptor for holding the three AAA batteries, and enough alkaline batteries to use both lights out of the box.- They are very lightweight at only 4.6-ounces each with the batteries. It’s made from a durable aluminum alloy.- The light of each unit has a uniform beam pattern from the center to the edge with no spill. It also has a zoom function for specific illumination, which you access by pulling out the crown of the light.- Each light has five settings: High, medium, low, strobe, and SOS. The different settings can be accessed by depressing the tail-cap switch halfway.- Depending on the batteries you choose to use, they can last anywhere from 2.5-hours on up to 12 hours depending on the illumination setting you select.- The light has a water resistant IPX6 rating, which means that it can be used in the rain (but it is *not* submersible waterproof).- It claims to be drop impact resistant (but no specific rating is given).- It can be set down on its tail to illuminate upwards hands-free, if you remove the lanyard.- Has a crenulated bezel allowing it to be an emergency auto glass breaker.Cons (nothing I would deduct a star for at this price):- There isn’t technically a memory function. If you’ve used the light for at least 5-seconds, once you turn it off, the next time you turn it on it will default to the high mode. I found, however, if you turn it on and then off within 5-seconds, it then turns back on to the next setting than what you had been previously using. For example, if you used the strobe setting and turned it off within 5-seconds, the next time you turn it on it will turn on in the SOS mode.- There is no power indicator light to let you know when the batteries are getting low.- When zoomed in, the beam pattern is an annoying square where you can make out the lines of the LED bulb.- The listing says they come in a gift box. No, just no, they don’t.Despite the cons, at only sixteen bucks for a pair, these are a tremendous value. The fact that they use commonly found AAA batteries and have an easy to operate tail-cap switch with several illumination modes makes these lights incredibly versatile and perfect for emergency kits, automobiles, and general-purpose utility.

Good Flashlights for the Price
Let me first state that two flashlights for this price is fantastic. On top of that, you get 2 x 3 packs of AAA batteries for each light. A very good deal.If you want to use these flashlights in the home or maybe in your car I think they are perfectly fine. They are lightweight, come with 5 modes (high/med/low/strobe/sos) and the beams are easily zoomable from tightly focused beam to a wide beam. The only gripe I have is that the tightly focused beam is a square, not a circle. Like, you literally see the outline of the square LED. I thought maybe I had a bad light but I tested the second one and it had the same square so this must just be how the light is designed. Anyways, view the pictures above to see what I'm talking about. Also, I don't know if I would carry one in my pocket as the do seem a bit thick/wide to do that. I prefer thinner lights than this and you may be happy, but it's not necessarily something I would do.So, in summary, two good lights for home use at a good price.

Bright Emergency Flashlight
I believe you cannot have enough good flashlights in your home. For emergencies and for everyday uses. This is a pack of 2 flashlights with batteries included, you need to put them in yourself. These flashlights are perfect for everyday uses and emergencies. They have zoom functionality, and 5 modes: high, medium,, low, strobe and SOS. They are bright and work well. I want to get more to put a flashlight in every room of the house. They also have a lanyard you can slip around your wrist to make it easier to carry.I've attached a picture of one of the flashlights with the batteries. It's a small flashlight, easily held in your pocket or hand, which makes it simple to carry around wherever you need it.These flashlights would make a good gift to anyone trying to set up an emergency kit or someone who just needs additional flashlights around the house.I highly recommend these flashlights. We are using them in our home and we are very happy with the flashlights so far.

Perfect handheld pocket flashlight
The media could not be loaded. These are great pocket flashlights that have five modes and an adjustable focus for a small-diameter or large-area spotlight. With a push of a button, which is easy to use and conveniently located on the handle end, you can switch to the different modes for flashing light or slow pulsed flash, etc.I liked having batteries included so that I could test them right away and start using them. The added wrist strap is nice to have and can also be used to hang one by the door. I wanted a small flashlight to keep in my car for night driving and this is exactly what I need. The ability to use the flashing light is a bonus in case of emergencies. These are well-made and sturdy but not heavy and I will also use one when out walking at night for safety. Good quality flashlights that I highly recommend.

Great Value
It’s always my intention before writing a review—especially a Vine review—to thoroughly test the product so I can be as detailed as possible in my assessment of it. Unfortunately, I must admit that I have not conducted any durability or water resistance tests on this flashlight. I quite like it, so I’d rather not beat it up unnecessarily, and we haven’t had a heavy rain since I got it. My apologies. With that admission out of the way, allow me to sing this flashlight’s praises. It’s the perfect size, way brighter than I expected, extremely lightweight even with batteries, and has every possible light function (bright, normal, dim, strobe, and SOS) you could possibly want in a flashlight aside from different colors. It’s appropriate for everyday use but also isn’t out of place in a survival kit or bug out bag. While it may not be quite as bright or well-made as flashlights in the next tax bracket, the two-pack is an absolute steal at $19.99. Two thumbs up from me.
