been taking for about a month - I really don't notice much of anything at this point - will keep taking for another month & will see if I will order any more at that time.

This supplement REALLY does seem to improve the over-all appearance of my complexion. In only 1 or 2 days my complexion seemed to look 'healthier' and more 'plumped up'. Didn't work for me

I make it a point to take care of my skin, hair and nails and people are amazed when I disclose my age. They think I am at least ten years younger than I am.
