Anyone use this to seal nail decals, specifically nail stickers? If so, how well does it work for this? Or recommend another Orly top coat?

Although I personally have not used it to seal them, there is no reason that they cannot be used for this.

yes, it can be applied with any kind of nail polish.

Is this non-toxic like some of the Orly lacquers?

I actually have no clue. I use my nailtiques as a top coat much more.
