Autel TPMS Sensor 1-Sensor, MX-Sensor 315+433MHz Metal Valve Programmable

I bought this MX-Sensor to replace a dead TPMS sensor on my car. It programmed effortlessly using my Autel tool and synced with my vehicle's computer immediately. The tire pressure readings are accurate, and the low pressure light is finally off. Saved me a ton of money compared to the dealership!

There is a bit of a learning curve, but the price of this is covered by one replacement of a sensor. Works great.

They work pretty well if you have the proper programming machine to program them. I just wish there were better instructions for installing these metal tpms sensor. You have dismount the sensor and install the stem by itself first. If you install the sensor and stem together, it will break easily when you try to tighten it with your socket ranch.

I used this sensor to replace one that had failed.It fit correctly.Does not leak.And works as it should.It seems to be accurate as it matches my expensive tire gauge within a few tenths.It was not hard to pair to the vehicle with the correct tool.And the cost is reasonable.Over all its a good value.The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is it will not program from most programmers you need to get one from Autel to be able to program it. So if you don't have one, or the shop you are using does not have one you cant program this sensor.But it works well after being programed. And to be honest you can buy 4 of theses and a basic programmer that will program them for less than many shops will charge you for just the sensors alone, and now you can program them your self any time you need to since you have the tool.

Good fitment, programmed immediately with the Autel TS508. No problems.

OK, this is my experience after having purchased and installed 8 of these (two different vehicles) in the past two years. When I had the first OEM sensor fail after 10 years I thought well I can take it to a stealership and have them replaced with OEM and pay the arm and a leg cost OR I can buy the programming tool from Autel and then utilize their sensors and do the work myself. Unfortunately I chose the Autel route…I did the mount/dismount myself and then installed all new sensors in these two vehicles two years ago. They are easy to program and when I was all done I thought I was really smart having saved all the money AND now that I have the programming tool I can do other sensors for just the part cost. Sounded really good on paper…Since then two of the sensors failed on one vehicle, one at about 14 months and the other at around 20 months. And now the second vehicle has at least one failed sensor at 23 months. So the longevity (durability) of these sensors is horrible in my opinion. Even though I’m doing the work myself I also understand my time isn’t “free”, so at least in my opinion the trade off for installing these cheap sensors vs paying for the OEM sensors (that lasted at least 10 years in both vehicles) is clearly not worth it. Now my issue is is already spent the money on the programming tool and am therefore “invested” in their solution. So I now live the definition of insanity which is doing the same thing over and over (installing more of their sensors) and somehow expecting different results. IMHO save your money and get the OEM sensors…as the saying goes…buy once cry once.

I used this in a 2015 lexus gs350 and it was higher Quality and easier to install than the OEM. I highly recommend this sensor, and this brand in general. This is the name brand for this sort of thing and they make exceptional products.
