Stylish but...
Helmets should be held to a VERY high standard. Though I only gave it 2⭐ it's the best you're gonna get for under $100. If you need a cheap helmet and aren't hotdoggin' around this will do.Aesthetically: 5⭐It looks just like the fake pictures they used. It's a stylish classic looking helmet.Fit: 2⭐I got the XL which is what I always wear. I was expecting it to run small but it actually runs large left to right. Top to bottom though it runs short. If I open my mouth any my jaw sticks out the bottom.I can wear a gater to help the lose fit around the skull but I can't fix how shallow it is.Interior: 3⭐The padding is soft and a velvet like material it's actually comfortable. There is room to wear earbuds or mount Bluetooth in it.Function: 3⭐The visor action is smooth and feels secure, but it's not anti-fog. The strap is a quick release which isn't as safe as your standard strap and there is no way to secure the left over flappy bit. It's a good thick strap though.Quality: 3⭐There is a weird mark and glue peeling at a couple seams you can see in the pictures but from the outside you can't tell. I'm worried how the glue will hold up in the baking sun. Outside of that it seems well made for the price point.Safety: 1⭐Regardless of price all helmets need to be held to the same standard. This will definitely protect you from bouncing your skull off the concrete. In a head on collision I wouldn't bet on it saving me and if I land face down I'm definitely getting my jaw ripped off.Overview:For less than $100 it's the best looking helmet I've seen. You will look cool cruising down the road in it no doubt.I'd give it 3⭐ if I didn't think my jaw would get ripped off.I'd give it 4⭐ if there wasn't already glue failing and a weird mark on the padding.I'd give it 5⭐ if it had a longer top to bottom fit.Should be noted that it arrives quickly and was packed nicely. Comes with the soft bag you expect helmets to come with for storing.

Very good first impression, but I’m gonna need to ride!
I should probably say that these are my initial observations on this helmet. I haven’t had a chance really to ride much with it on. But my comment so far… Firstly, even though the product description by the manufacturer doesn’t say it IS DOT certified. So that gives me some confidence that this is a real helmet that will really work in a crash. After all, what is a helmet for.Materials and workmanship appear excellent. And the matte black with brown interior and trim looks really nice. I know that there are several vents under the chin above the forehead and at the back of the helmet. Unlike my my other helmets these do not have the ability to be open and closed meaning that this might be a warm weather helmet. Open vents when it’s really cold isn’t the best.I haven’t tried to remove the visor, but it does not appear to be a quick release visor like many helmets. The visor detents are very nice giving you solid positions for closed or partially or fully open. I also like that the chinstrap has a quick release versus a standard D ring connection. Much simpler much easier.Overall, I’m very optimistic about this helmet. It’s not very expensive and seems to fit me very well. Looking forward to spending more time on the road with it.We

WOW
Great Quality and the material is sooo nice!!!!!! I was worried it wouldn't fit (big head here) because the average hat size is very tight on my head but this thing is as snug as I would want it when riding!! Nice quality and looks really nice to boot. Wish I had a tint though
