Best pure salt direct from ancient locked sea beds . I would recommend anyone switch their salt as this salt has over 60 natural trace minerals giving numerous health benefits . Great of your a carnivore and especially if you need added salt for electrolytes to add to water and your food . Great for rubbing into meats and I add mine to coffee in the morning .
