This mandolin is wonderful to use. Our old one was smaller and my son kept cutting himself. This is one so much safer and more stable to use - we've had zero cuts and it's so easy to use and it's built to last. I'd buy this one as a gift even - it looks great and works great.

このスライサーは切る物の厚さを調整できますが、刃に押し当てると厚く切れてしまいます。薄くスライスしたいならこの商品はむかないかもしれません。 スライスする物を掴む緑の道具が同梱されており、これは手を切るような事が減り、安全にスライスできるので助かっています。

特にキャベツの千切り用に購入。 一番幅の狭い所でもお店のような細いキャベツにはならず。使い勝手は良いので良かった。

Used for over a year and now a staple in the kitchen

This is exactly what I was looking for. Razor Sharp, adjustable, easy to clean and store away. I’ve used this successfully for all sorts of vegetables & fruits, even fine slicing garlic cloves (with the aid if a cocktail stick!) The blade guard is great, secure and easily clicks into place when putting away. I have electric slicers and choppers but this is my go to tool for quickly slicing, say an onion. Slice, wash, put away in 2 mins flat.

I really like this slicer. The grip piece makes it feel safe and steady when holding food, and it attaches neatly to the main part for storage. It doesn’t cover the whole blade, but it does help cover most of it, which adds a nice extra bit of safety. It’s lightweight, easy to clean, and very good value for the price. This is the best mandolin. It gives you three different slicing sizes. Slices vegetables, and no time. Be sure to use the protective guard. The blades are very very sharp. It’s also the perfect size. It can fit in a thin drawer and it’s not too bulky. It also cleans very easily. You can put it in the dishwasher or just rinse it under the faucet. It’s very handy.
